The room was huge and included clean bathroom. The staff and the owner were all very friendly and best. Absolutely perfect and quiet location to attractions like Iglesia Santo Cenaculo Catholic Church, that was close to the hotel...

The owners were absolutely amazing and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. The hostel had all the necessary amenities, plus a beautiful terrace for smokers and non-smokers alike. The owners even gave us great recommendations for cheap and delicious places to eat. On our last day, they allowed us to continue using the facilities and store our luggage for a small fee, which was a lifesaver as our bus didn't leave until late in the evening. The location was also fantastic, just a short 15-minute walk from the city center. The view of the city from the common room was jaw-dropping. an amazing experience and highly recommended for any traveler.

It had a cozy balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee, and the tea/coffee maker was a nice touch. I loved being able to relax in the seating area and watch some cable TV before bed. The fact that there was free WiFi throughout the property was a big plus for me as well.
Personally, I found the room's satellite TV a little disappointing. But hey, I understand that some people might still enjoy it.

Loved the terrace with amazing city views. The airport shuttle was a nice touch. Oh, and having concierge services and a roundtrip airport shuttle from a "professional host" made me feel so important.
Nothing to complain about - this place was just perfect, absolutely flawless.

The location of the guesthouse was convenient, just a short walk to the city center and the main central square. Nearby, there were low-priced restaurants, a cheap and big supermarket, and bus stops for easy transportation. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing guidance on navigating the city and suggesting the best places for breakfast and exploring. the view of the city from the third floor was breathtaking, allowing guests to appreciate the beauty of the surroundings.
The rooms were not soundproof, which could be an issue if some guests were noisy or inconsiderate during the night.

We were supposed to stay with our three children for two days at Mario y Patricio, but decided to stay 11 days instead because we felt so welcomed in their home. I can only say that it was a wonderful experience. We always felt at home. Our hosts treated us like family. They went out of their way to help us, they even went out and purchased a high chair for our baby. The room was clean and comfortable and we had access to the whole house. The terrace was a great place to chill out and enjoy the view over Cuenca. We strongly recommend this for any family traveling.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.
